Online Sessions

Sessions are conducted at evenings and weekends, one-to-one, online via Zoom. Together, we focus on understanding and helping you move past whatever is holding you back - even when you yourself might be unclear on what exactly is blocking you.


To ensure you have the best outcomes from your sessions please ensure:


  • You are in a private space which is quiet and free from interruption from partners, pets, or postal deliveries etc. and that you have turned off all notifications on your phone and computer (Focus Mode is useful here, as is ensuring all apps and windows are fully shut).
  • You are able to sit in a comfortable position and use a device (computer, tablet etc) that allows me to see your head and shoulders clearly.
  • You have a blanket nearby in case you get cold. You might also consider whether you’d like some extra cushions for comfort.
  • You use headphones or can guarantee the sound on your computer is adequate for hearing our voice clearly and at a comfortable volume. (Headphones can really enhance the experience though so do consider them).
  • You do not plan to drink tea or coffee during the session (sipping water where needed is fine) or smoke or vape or use other substances.
  • You have some time after the session to gather yourself before leaping onto another call or rejoining family life. It’s a bit like giving a freshly baked cake time on a cooling rack. Sitting for a few minutes more, or taking a bath, meditating, or heading out for a walk can all support you in making the most of your session.
